Circulation section is fully automated through KOHA, library management software.

        All categories of members are entitled to borrow books from the Central Library.

         Members should always carry their membership cards and student ID card while

         using the library.  

         Library Cards are not transferable. One student cannot use the other student’s

         library card.

        A fine of Rs.50/- will be charged for each card if damaged or lost.

        Reference books, special collection, Map, Atlas, journal and magazines are not

         issued at all.

         Books marked as “Reading only” can neither be issued for home nor be taken

         outside the library.

        If any book is damaged / lost, the same will be replaced by the memberships

        concerned.
